Can I buy an adjacent JSX seat for extra space?
The Xtra Seat option offers a discounted adjoining seat on available aircraft with paired seats. It applies only to round-trip reservations, is capacity controlled and adds no baggage allowance. It is unavailable on aircraft with single seats on both sides.
How do I arrange JSX mobility assistance?
JSX recommends voluntary notice at least 48 hours before arrival. Check in with staff at least 30 minutes before departure. Your wheelchair or scooter travels free outside the bag allowance; maximum hold dimensions are 40 inches high and 38 inches wide. Confirm powered-device battery acceptance beforehand.
What baggage is included with JSX?
Hop On includes two checked bags up to 50 lb each; All In includes three. Two personal items may travel under the seat, within 13 × 11 × 17 inches. Larger items count as checked baggage. Tell JSX about unusual or heavy luggage 48 hours ahead.
Can a small cat or dog travel in the JSX cabin?
Yes, for USD 100 each way. Pets must weigh less than 30 lb and fit an approved carrier up to 13 inches wide, 11 high and 17 deep. One carrier per customer counts as a personal item. Add the pet before travel and complete the acceptance form. Cats remain inside throughout; dogs must be inside for takeoff, landing and whenever instructed by the crew. Carriers cannot occupy bulkhead or exit rows.
Can a larger dog travel beside me on JSX?
Dogs weighing less than 80 lb can use floor space allocated through a purchased additional seat. Book the required seat pair through Customer Support and follow the assigned positions for your aircraft. One dog per customer is allowed, leashed and secured for aircraft movement. Dogs cannot occupy seats or exit rows. The cabin limit is five pets, excluding trained service animals, which follow separate rules.
When must I check in at a JSX private terminal?
Check in at least 20 minutes before a domestic flight or 45 before an international flight. JSX recommends 30 minutes domestically when checking bags.
