Lao Airlines is the national airline of Laos, headquartered at Wattay International Airport in Vientiane. The policy lists a lower 5 kg handbag allowance for specified Luang Namtha–Vientiane and Oudomxay–Vientiane fares, so check the route conditions on your ticket.
