LATAM Brasil Seat Maps & Seating Plans

LATAM Brasil is the Brazilian airline operated by TAM Linhas Aéreas S.A. within LATAM Group. It provides domestic and international services connected through Brazilian airports, including its Guarulhos operation in São Paulo. Its separate operating-company identity matters when checking route-specific services and conditions within the wider LATAM network.

Frequently asked questions

How do I select a LATAM Brasil seat?

In My Trips, open Improve your trip and choose the seat-selection option. LATAM offers regular window, middle and aisle seats, plus extra-space and emergency-exit options where available. For interline journeys, the published help page says seat purchases are available only at the airport. Confirm the options and price for the actual flight.

What are LATAM Brasil’s exit-seat requirements?

The Brazil help page requires passengers to be older than 15 and younger than 60 on LATAM Brasil-operated flights. They must read and understand Portuguese and English crew instructions, have the mobility, strength, dexterity, sight and hearing needed for the exit duties, and communicate with other passengers. Responsibilities such as caring for small children must not interfere. Staff can move ineligible passengers to a regular seat.

Must I pay to sit beside a child on LATAM Brasil?

LATAM’s Brazil help page says children under 16 receive randomly assigned seats beside at least one accompanying adult without advance seat purchase. Keep the child and responsible adult in the same reservation so the airline can identify them. Check the boarding pass within 48 hours of departure; if they are not adjacent, contact the airline or airport team. Selecting particular preferred seats is a separate choice.

Can LATAM Pass miles pay for a LATAM Brasil seat?

The published seat-redemption terms include regular and LATAM+ seats on eligible LATAM Brasil-operated flights departing Brazil, England, the Netherlands or Belgium. Your flight ticket must already be issued, your account must have enough miles and an eligible seat must be available through LATAM’s digital channels. The required miles vary with the flight and seat; this is not a universal benefit for every departure country.
