Frequently asked questions

Can I choose a seat on a Lauda Europe flight booked with Ryanair?

For FR-coded bookings, select for a fee during booking or through Manage Booking until two hours before departure. Otherwise, random allocation is free at check-in 24–2 hours before departure. With a reserved seat, check-in opens 60 days ahead. Assignments can change operationally. An extra-legroom fee is refundable if the airline cannot provide an equivalent seat for reasons attributable to it.

Will my child sit with an adult on a Ryanair booking?

For FR-coded bookings under the terms effective 25 June 2026, children aged 2–11 sit beside an accompanying adult on the same reservation, including with free random allocation. Other adults and teens may be seated separately.

What cabin bags are included on a Ryanair booking operated by Lauda Europe?

FR-coded bookings include one underseat bag up to 40 × 30 × 20 cm. Priority & 2 Cabin Bags adds a 10 kg bag up to 55 × 40 × 20 cm, although operational needs may require it to travel in the hold. Lap infants have no ordinary cabin allowance, but a baby bag up to 5 kg and 45 × 35 × 20 cm is permitted.
