Frequently asked questions

Can I choose a LIFT seat free?

Economy rear seats are free to select when booking or through Manage Booking. Forward and emergency-exit seats cost extra in advance; available Economy seats can be selected free when online check-in opens 24 hours before departure. Premium seat selection is included. Availability depends on the flight and aircraft.

Who may reserve a LIFT exit-row seat?

You must be physically able to assist in an emergency; cabin staff explain the procedures and check eligibility on the day. Children and passengers carrying an infant cannot occupy these seats. If LIFT cannot provide a prepaid seat, its exit-seat guidance says the amount is refunded to your LIFT Wallet.

What cabin baggage is included on LIFT?

Both Economy No-Bag and Economy Bag include one cabin bag; Premium includes two. Each bag may weigh up to 7 kg and measure 56 × 36 × 23 cm. You may also take one personal item, either a slim laptop bag or a handbag, up to 40 × 15 × 20 cm under the seat. Oversized or overweight items must be checked, with charges depending on your fare and other checked bags.
