Airliner flights use assigned seats. Passengers who do not buy seat selection receive an allocation free of charge at check-in. Luxwing can reassign seats, including after boarding, for operational or safety reasons. Confirm the terms of a private charter separately.
An item such as a fragile musical instrument that cannot travel in the hold requires advance notice and airline approval for cabin carriage, with a specific surcharge. Ordinary cabin baggage must fit in an overhead bin or under the seat.
Arrange acceptance in advance. For cabin carriage, a cat or dog and its travel container together must not exceed 8 kg. Required health, vaccination and entry documents must be available. Pets attract extra charges outside the normal baggage allowance; assistance dogs have separate provisions.
