No. MedSky aims to honour advance requests but may assign or change seats, including after boarding, for operational, safety or security reasons. Its conditions do not promise a particular seat.

Can a large musical instrument travel in MedSky’s cabin?
An instrument too large for ordinary cabin storage needs advance notice and MedSky’s permission. A separate charge may apply. Acceptance is conditional, so arrange it before travel rather than expecting an oversized instrument to be accepted at the gate.
Does MedSky accept pets?
Only with the airline’s approval and any additional conditions it specifies. Suitable containers and valid health, vaccination and destination or transit documents are required. Accepted ordinary pets and their containers count as paid excess baggage; qualifying guide dogs have separate free-carriage arrangements. The conditions do not establish a universal cabin-pet allowance.
