Business, Premium Economy, Economy Flexi and Economy Discount passengers can reserve seats during booking. Economy Saver and Super Saver passengers choose at check-in. The airline also offers advance selection through its online booking and Manage Booking services for eligible reservations.
Its policy effective 1 April 2026 lists one 7 kg hand-carry item in Economy and two items totalling 14 kg in Business, for both domestic and international flights. The hand-baggage size limit is 58 × 34 × 23 cm. Duty-free purchases count within the allowance. Some routes can differ, so use the allowance shown on your booking or e-ticket.
