Frequently asked questions

Can I choose or change my Nile Air seat after booking?

Yes. Nile Air’s Manage Booking page lets you select a seat and change it up until check-in. Sign in with your surname and ticket number or reservation reference. Selecting seats together through this service is also the airline’s published way to arrange seating with family or friends.

How do I arrange seating or wheelchair assistance with Nile Air?

Tell a Nile Air office about your assistance needs at least 48 hours before departure. For special seating, the airline also directs passengers to its airport ground staff; emergency-exit seats are unavailable for passengers needing this assistance. Staff can arrange different levels of wheelchair help, including assistance to the cabin seat. Cabin crew do not provide feeding, toileting or medical care, so passengers needing those services should travel with a personal care assistant.
