NOVOAIR is a Bangladeshi airline focused on domestic connections from Dhaka, including Chattogram, Cox’s Bazar, Sylhet and Saidpur. It began commercial service on 9 January 2013 and uses ATR 72-500 turboprops. After a short suspension in May 2025, it resumed passenger operations later that month.

Its current passenger FAQ says seat-request features are not available.

What baggage does NOVOAIR allow?

Adults and children may check up to 20 kg total in a maximum of two pieces and bring one cabin bag up to 7 kg. Infants have a 10 kg checked allowance. Excess weight is charged separately.

Can a pet travel in the NOVOAIR cabin?

No. Ordinary pets are not accepted in the passenger cabin. Hold transport may be available under the airline’s animal-carriage conditions and Bangladesh aviation requirements; it requires a separate arrangement.
