OTT Airlines was a Shanghai-based subsidiary of China Eastern, established in 2020 to operate Chinese-built ARJ21 regional jets. It was absorbed into China Eastern Airlines effective September 22, 2024. Its flights and aircraft passed to the parent airline, ending OTT’s role as a separate operator.
