Frequently asked questions

Do Paranair’s published fares include seat selection?

Its fare comparison lists seat selection for Super Paranair, Paranair Óptima and Paranair Plus. Confirm your reservation’s available seats when booking; the published inclusion does not establish that every seat remains available.

What cabin and checked baggage can I take on Paranair?

You may bring one cabin bag up to 5 kg and 45 × 35 × 20 cm, including wheels and handles, plus one personal item fitting under the seat. One checked bag up to 23 kg and 158 cm in combined dimensions is included. Infants aged 0–23 months on an infant fare receive only the equivalent of cabin baggage. An otherwise compliant cabin bag may be checked free when cabin space runs out.

Can a cat or dog travel in Paranair’s cabin?

Arrange it with customer services in advance for an extra charge. Pet and carrier together must not exceed 8 kg; the carrier limit is 40 × 30 × 30 cm. One cat or dog aged at least three months is allowed per passenger, with at most two animals per flight. Pet owners sit in the last rows, away from exits and the first row. Pet bookings are unavailable with interline or partner-airline connections.
