Frequently asked questions

Who can sit in a Parata Air emergency exit row?

Passengers must be at least 15, meet the physical requirements for assisting in an emergency, communicate in Korean or English and follow crew instructions. Pregnant passengers and people accompanying infants or small children cannot use these seats.

Can I bring a pet in Parata Air's cabin?

An adult may bring one carrier containing a dog, cat or pet bird aged at least eight weeks, with pet and carrier together weighing no more than 9 kg. Obtain customer-centre confirmation at least 48 hours before departure; a separate fee and airport-counter check-in apply. The carrier must remain closed under the seat, so exit rows and seats without a seat in front are excluded. Health, breed and international documentation restrictions apply. Parata does not offer pet transport in the hold.
