Frequently asked questions

Can I choose seats for my family on Pascan?

Paid seat selection is available on Saab 340 flights through reservations. Families with children under 14 can arrange free seats: under-fives sit immediately beside an adult; ages 5–11 stay in the same row with at most one intervening seat; ages 12–13 stay within one row. Other aircraft have no assignments; request family pre-boarding to choose suitable seats.

What cabin or valet bag can I bring on Pascan?

Aircraft with ten or more seats allow a 13 lb carry-on measuring 15 × 13 × 7 inches, plus a personal item up to 7 lb and 10 × 12 × 8 inches. Valet baggage replaces the carry-on: 13 lb and 21 × 9 × 15 inches, or 20 lb without a personal item.

Can my cat or dog travel in a Pascan cabin?

Book through reservations at least 72 hours ahead and pay the segment fee. The under-seat carrier counts as cabin baggage and is limited to 15 × 13 × 9 inches and 20 lb including the pet. Animals must be weaned and at least 12 weeks old. Places are limited; exit and bulkhead seats are excluded. Service animals have separate rules.
