Frequently asked questions

How can I request a seat?

You can request seat allocation through Manage My Booking. PassionAir lists advance seat selection as a paid service. A request does not guarantee a particular seat: the airline may reassign it, including after boarding, for operational, safety or security reasons.

What wheelchair assistance can PassionAir provide?

Request assistance when booking or at least 48 hours before departure and obtain confirmation. Its aircraft require passengers to climb stairs: PassionAir says it cannot accept passengers unable to do so or provide wheelchair-to-cabin seating assistance. Standard wheelchairs travel free in the hold; non-standard models need review. A companion is required if you need help with personal care or safety tasks during the flight.

What cabin baggage can I bring?

Adults and children may bring one cabin bag up to 7 kg and 54 × 34 × 19 cm, including wheels and handles, plus a small handbag or laptop bag that fits under the seat ahead. Infants without their own seat have a separate allowance of one bag up to 5 kg. An oversized cabin bag is checked for a charge.
