Frequently asked questions

Can People’s change the seat printed on my boarding pass?

Yes. A seat is assigned when the boarding pass is issued, but the airline’s conditions allow that assignment to be changed. A boarding-pass seat is not an unconditional guarantee that the same place will be used.

What baggage does People’s allow on Altenrhein–Vienna flights?

Its published cabin limit is one 8 kg bag up to 55 × 40 × 23 cm. Regular fares include 20 kg checked baggage; Premium Flex or ticket-block fares include 30 kg. Children aged two and over receive the fare’s normal allowance. Infants have none, but a stroller or buggy is carried free for babies and children. No bag may exceed 32 kg. Holiday-route rules can differ; check with the tour operator.

How do I arrange pet travel on People’s?

Register it with the airline in advance because capacity is limited, and confirm the current carrier and weight requirements before purchase. Dogs and cats must be at least 12 weeks old, with the required original health and travel documents. A cabin pet stays in its carrier on the floor throughout the flight. Assistance dogs have separate arrangements.
