Frequently asked questions

Will Perimeter Aviation seat my child near me?

It aims to seat children under 14 close to their parent, guardian or tutor at no extra charge. Tell staff when booking and again at check-in or boarding. Not every flight has assigned seats; families can request pre-boarding. If suitable seats cannot be found, free rebooking or a refund may be offered.

What cabin and valet baggage does Perimeter Aviation allow?

The allowance is one personal item up to 40 × 30 × 15 cm and one carry-on up to 40 × 33 × 20 cm. Crew can move a carry-on to the hold when cabin space is limited. A valet bag up to 55 × 40 × 23 cm forms part of checked baggage and must be weighed and tagged before the check-in cutoff.

Can I bring a pet into a Perimeter Aviation cabin?

Eligible pets need a paid reservation through customer service at least 24 hours ahead. They count toward cabin baggage and must remain in a soft carrier under the seat: up to 8 × 13 × 16 inches on Dash aircraft or 6 × 12 × 16 inches on Metros. Cabin pets are not permitted with passengers travelling with infants, unaccompanied minors or passengers acting as escorts, or in exit-row seats. Medical-device storage, allergies and the pilot’s decision can also prevent cabin acceptance; service animals follow separate rules.
