How do I arrange assistance on populAir?
Describe your needs when booking and have assistance confirmed by the Call Center at least 48 hours before departure. Airport assistance for passengers with disabilities is free. Your own wheelchair travels without an extra fee, but must fit within 170 × 85 × 80 cm; provide its type and dimensions when arranging travel.
What cabin baggage is included on populAir?
You may bring one bag up to 8 kg and 45 × 20 × 35 cm, plus a small personal item placed beneath the seat ahead. An oversized or overweight cabin bag must go into the hold and incurs an additional fee.
Can my cat or dog fly in populAir’s cabin?
Yes, with advance approval and a fee. Ask the Call Center as soon as possible, no later than 24 hours before departure. Pet and carrier together must weigh no more than 8 kg; the carrier limit is 43 × 26 × 29 cm. It must stay closed under the seat, with room for the animal to stand, turn and lie down. It replaces your regular carry-on bag.
