Frequently asked questions

Can I choose a seat on Qanot Sharq?

Yes. Available seats include free options and paid seats in more sought-after locations, within your ticketed cabin. You can select during booking, through My Booking afterwards, or during online check-in from 24 to two hours before departure. Passengers without advance seats receive assignments at the airport. Aircraft changes and operational disruption can change a previously selected seat.

How much cabin baggage does Qanot Sharq allow?

Allowances vary by route. The published Economy allowance is 5 kg on Uzbekistan–Russia routes, and 8 kg on many other routes, including Istanbul and Frankfurt. Business on Istanbul flights allows two pieces up to 8 kg each, while Frankfurt Business permits one piece up to 10 kg. Use the tariff section for your route and the allowance on your ticket; an 8 kg rule should not be assumed for every journey.
