Economy Flex includes Standard selection; Economy Lite and Smart charge in advance. Premium Economy Flex includes all seat types, while Lite and Smart charge. Business Smart and Flex include selection outside the first row; Elite includes the first row. Choose through Riyadh Air or your agent, subject to availability. In Economy and Premium Economy, remaining Standard seats become free when check-in opens; Preferred, bulkhead and exit seats can be purchased until two hours before departure. Who can sit in an emergency exit seat?
Passengers must be at least 16 and understand safety instructions. Children, passengers with reduced mobility and those travelling with an infant cannot occupy exit seats. These seats are intended for passengers able to assist in an emergency.
How do I arrange wheelchair assistance?
Request the appropriate wheelchair service at least 24 hours before departure; it is free. Describe whether you need help with distance, stairs or reaching your cabin seat. Fully immobile passengers needing wheelchair-to-seat assistance can book that service only in Economy or Premium Economy. Anyone unable to evacuate independently must travel with an able assistant. Wheelchair requests alone do not require medical documents unless another medical condition needs clearance.
What cabin baggage can I bring?
One cabin bag may measure up to 56 × 36 × 23 cm. Its weight limit is 7 kg in Economy, 12 kg in Premium Economy and 15 kg in Business. One personal item is also permitted; the dedicated carry-on policy limits it to 5 kg. Earlier purchases may have different conditions, so check the terms attached to your ticket.
