Frequently asked questions

Can I choose my seat on RusLine?

Yes. Seats can be selected during booking, online check-in or airport check-in. Advance selection is included with Premium; other published fare groups charge for it. Safety requirements or an aircraft change can lead to reassignment.

Who cannot use a RusLine exit seat?

Restrictions include passengers under 18, pregnant or elderly passengers, people with disabilities, those unable to speak the crew’s language and anyone needing a seat-belt extension. Pets and larger cabin bags also restrict some exit seats. An unsuitable selection can be changed without refund.

Is a RusLine seat fee refundable?

Normally it is non-refundable. Published exceptions include an aircraft replacement that makes the selected row unavailable, an involuntary ticket change or refund, and a safety-related seat change. Follow the selection restrictions: violating them can lead to reassignment without refund.
