Frequently asked questions

Can I choose a seat on Sepehran Airlines?

Yes, for an additional fee during booking or after ticket purchase, including tickets bought through agencies or other websites. Online selection closes three hours before departure and is unavailable during check-in. Without advance selection, a seat is assigned when your boarding pass is issued.

Who cannot sit in a Sepehran exit row?

Children aged 15 and under, elderly passengers, pregnant passengers, people with special medical conditions or caring for another person, and passengers with mobility, sensory, communication or cognitive limitations that prevent them from following emergency instructions are excluded. Passengers needing wheelchairs, oxygen or medical equipment are also excluded. Staff may reassign an ineligible passenger.

How should I select Sepehran seats for children and infants?

Select a child’s seat beside an adult. A family with two lap infants under two should seat each infant with a separate adult in a different row.

What baggage allowance does Sepehran publish?

Its baggage guide allows 6 kg of hand luggage. Checked allowances are normally up to 20 kg domestically and 25–30 kg internationally, depending on route; the allowance on your ticket controls. Extra weight can be purchased during booking or afterwards online, up to four hours before departure, or at the airport.

Can my pet travel in the Sepehran cabin?

No. Pets are not accepted in the passenger cabin. For approved animal transport, book and pay in advance, with confirmation at least six hours before departure. The service is limited to eligible dogs, domestic cats and birds; dogs and cats must be at least ten weeks old. Provide a suitable rigid, ventilated carrier and the required health and vaccination documents.
