Frequently asked questions

Can I buy a preferred seat on Sky Angkor?

Sky Angkor sells front-row and emergency-exit seats, with charges varying by route and seat. Available front-row and exit seats can be purchased at the airport. Your selected seat can change for safety, to accommodate a passenger with a disability or for other unforeseen reasons. These seats have fixed armrests, and some exit-seat backrests do not recline.

Can I buy an empty seat beside me?

Yes. If an adjacent seat is available, Sky Angkor permits its purchase at the airport on the day of travel. Ask at the check-in counter; the published service is subject to availability.

How do I request wheelchair assistance on Sky Angkor?

Book through the airline or your agent at least 48 hours ahead and submit the wheelchair declaration when reserving. The airline publishes a charge for its wheelchair service, while your own wheelchair and walking aids travel free. For an electric chair, provide its battery type, size and weight for approval. Airport facilities and flight capacity can limit assistance; an onboard wheelchair is not available on every aircraft or route.

What cabin baggage does Sky Angkor allow?

You may bring one cabin bag plus one personal item, weighing no more than 7 kg together. The main bag must fit within 55 × 40 × 20 cm and 115 cm across all three dimensions; the personal item must fit under the seat ahead. These limits apply across routes and ticket classes. Excess items are checked at the gate for an additional charge.

Can my pet travel in Sky Angkor's cabin?

Dogs and cats at least eight weeks old may travel with prior approval requested at least 48 hours before departure, subject to route restrictions and a separate charge. One pet is allowed per passenger, with pet and carrier together no heavier than 7 kg. The carrier must fit under the seat: 38 × 22 cm at its base, with a hard-carrier height up to 23 cm or a soft height up to 26 cm compressible below 23 cm. Keep it closed throughout the flight and prepare the destination's required documents.
