Declare your needs when reserving, or contact Customer Service no later than 48 hours before departure. Give your mobility level, equipment details and whether someone accompanies you. Facilities vary: some domestic airports have limited assistance equipment, so confirm arrangements for both ends of the journey. Ask about any medical clearance or ambulift charges when confirming assistance.

What cabin bag does Sky Mali allow?

One cabin bag up to 55 × 35 × 25 cm, including wheels and handles, is allowed. The weight limit is 8 kg on domestic flights and 10 kg on regional flights. A bag exceeding the limits may be refused in the cabin or checked for a fee.
