Can I choose my seat for free?
For domestic Super Air Jet tickets bought through BookCabin, its seat-selection service offers free choice during online check-in, subject to the available options and conditions. Tickets bought through other platforms attract seat-selection charges; automatic random allocation is free. Confirmed paid selections cannot be changed. The seat fee may be refunded for airline cancellation, delays exceeding four hours or an aircraft change that removes the purchased seat type; voluntary changes do not qualify.
Who can choose an Extra Leg emergency-exit seat?
BookCabin’s rules for this domestic service require passengers to be at least 18 and able to read, speak and understand Indonesian or English safety instructions. They must be physically and mentally fit, not pregnant or travelling with children, and must not need a belt extension or walking aid or bring a pet. Staff can move ineligible passengers without refunding the seat fee.
How large can my cabin bag be?
Super Air Jet’s cabin-baggage allowance is 7 kg, with maximum bag dimensions of 40 × 30 × 20 cm. On a Wings Air connection, the smaller limit of 35 × 30 × 20 cm applies.
