Frequently asked questions

When can I choose a seat on Thai Vietjet?

You can request an advance seat when booking or at least three hours before departure. Charges follow the seat tariff; Deluxe includes normal seat selection and SkyBoss provides priority seat selection. Operational, safety or security needs can change your seat even after boarding. If you change flights, the airline will try to retain your seat or provide an equivalent; if neither is possible, it assigns an available seat and refunds the advance-seat fee.

How much hand baggage does Thai Vietjet include?

The Thai operator’s conditions list 7 kg of hand baggage with Eco and Deluxe, and 10 kg with SkyBoss. These allowances apply to flights operated by Thai Vietjet.
