Trade Air is a Croatian airline based in Zagreb, founded in April 1994 as a cargo carrier. Frequently asked questions

Does Trade Air guarantee an advance seat request?

No. It will try to honour requests but can assign or reassign a seat at any time, including after boarding, for operational, safety or security reasons. Check the particular arrangements supplied with your ticket or charter.

What baggage allowance applies on Trade Air?

The general policy includes one cabin bag and one checked bag unless the individual contract or aircraft-lease agreement sets different terms. Weight and dimensions depend on the aircraft and route and should appear on your travel document. A small personal item is also allowed in the cabin.

Can I bring a pet into a Trade Air cabin?

Only dogs and cats, with advance approval under the rules for the specific aircraft. They need suitable containers and the required health, vaccination and entry documents. Animal, container and food are charged outside the normal free baggage allowance. Guide dogs have separate provisions.

When should I request special assistance from Trade Air?

Preferably 72 hours before the flight, and no later than 48 hours. Tell the agent when booking, or contact Trade Air’s passenger team after an online booking so the required service can be arranged.
