Use the allowance shown before booking and in your confirmation. Weight and size limits depend on the aircraft and flight’s loading constraints. Excess bags, bulky items, sports equipment and special transport requests need prior agreement.
Pets require advance confirmation from the operating airline and must satisfy the applicable entry, health and transport requirements. Tell Travelcoup before booking. Recognised assistance dogs and disability assistance are handled under their applicable rights; request needed help as early as possible.
