Frequently asked questions
Can I choose seats and sit with my family?
Paid advance seat booking is available from the day after booking your holiday until three days before departure. Otherwise seats are assigned automatically. Children aged 11 or younger with their own seat are placed with at least one adult in their party; the whole group is not guaranteed adjacent seats. Operational or safety changes can require reassignment. TUI fly Nordic seeks an equivalent seat or refunds the seat charge if that is unavailable.
What cabin baggage can I bring on TUI fly Nordic?
Passengers aged two or older may bring one cabin bag up to 5 kg and 55 × 40 × 20 cm; infants have no cabin baggage allowance. When you buy a 20 kg or 25 kg baggage option, that total includes your cabin bag. Premium Class includes 30 kg in total, also including cabin baggage, with each checked bag limited to 25 kg. Oversized or overweight cabin bags go in the hold with extra charges.
How do I request mobility assistance?
Request assistance through your tour operator, preferably when booking and at least 48 hours before departure. Give details of your needs and any wheelchair. Your own wheelchair travels in the hold without charge; powered mobility aids require advance airline approval and have additional restrictions.
