Frequently asked questions

How do I choose a UNI Air domestic seat?

Use the domestic online seat check-in service or ask at check-in. Weight, balance and safety can limit the available choices. For the larger seats in the first two A321 rows, contact customer service: a TWD 450 selection fee is collected at check-in, subject to availability.

Who can sit beside a UNI Air exit?

You must be at least 15, physically capable of the evacuation tasks, and able to understand and pass on safety instructions. Restrictions include caring for young children, travelling with a service animal or baggage on a seat, and conditions that prevent safe assistance. Tell staff if you cannot or do not wish to help so they can reseat you.

What cabin baggage does UNI Air allow on domestic flights?

The domestic passenger contract allows one cabin bag up to 7 kg and 56 × 36 × 23 cm. Baggage exceeding those limits must be checked. These domestic limits should not be substituted for another carrier’s allowance on an international or connecting itinerary.
