Frequently asked questions

Can I pay for a preferred seat?

UVT Aero sells its Comfort Seat selection service from 1,000 roubles. The service charge is not refunded when you voluntarily change or cancel your journey. Passengers travelling with children and passengers with disabilities cannot select the designated comfort seats.

Will my child sit next to me?

UVT Aero says children under 12 must sit next to a parent or accompanying adult. If your bookings are separate, tell the check-in agent you are travelling together. Ask check-in staff or the airline representative to correct separated seats; if already aboard, speak to cabin crew. Passengers travelling with children cannot use emergency-exit seats.

What cabin baggage can I bring?

The free cabin allowance is 5 kg with maximum dimensions of 45 × 35 × 15 cm. The rules also permit specified personal items, such as a handbag or briefcase, and necessary medicines, baby food and mobility aids within their applicable conditions. Oversized or overweight cabin baggage must be checked; checked-baggage allowance depends on your fare.

Can a pet travel in the cabin?

Cabin carriage is available for an animal weighing up to 8 kg including its carrier, for a separate charge and subject to airline acceptance. Arrange it in advance and check the required veterinary and destination documents. The published service table limits cabin animals to two per flight. Guide dogs have separate provisions and are exempt from the 8 kg cabin limit.
