Frequently asked questions

Can I choose my seat on ValueJet?

Seat pre-selection is available during online booking. Current fare descriptions distinguish standard seat assignment on ValueLite and ValuePlus, front-row seating on ValuePremium, and dedicated business-class seating on ValueBusiness. Check the options and price for your actual flight.

What checked-baggage allowance does ValueJet publish?

Its FAQ includes 23 kg with ValueLite and ValueSaver, and lists 23 kg for ValueXtra and ValuePlus. ValuePremium includes two checked pieces weighing no more than 30 kg together. The cabin allowance is one piece up to 7 kg. Confirm your fare’s allowance on the ticket or in Manage Booking.

Can an ordinary pet travel in ValueJet’s cabin?

No. The published FAQ excludes animals from the cabin. Contact the airline’s sales-support team about any possibility of carriage as checked baggage and obtain approval before making plans; the public answer does not provide a general hold-pet allowance.

When should I request assistance from ValueJet?

Tell the airline when booking or at least 48 hours before travel. Explain any mobility aid’s dimensions, weight and battery type in advance. Cabin crew cannot lift passengers or provide personal care; if you need that help, arrange an assistant in an adjoining seat.
