Frequently asked questions

Does Wasaya charge to seat children near an accompanying passenger?

No. Children under 14 are seated near an accompanying passenger aged 16 or older without an extra charge, with proximity depending on the child’s age. Ask reservations or check-in staff about preboarding and be at the gate 30 minutes before departure. Children cannot sit in an emergency exit row.

Does Wasaya’s 70 lb allowance include the cabin bag?

Yes. It covers two checked pieces and one underseat cabin item together, up to 70 lb (31.8 kg). The cabin item is limited to 13 lb. Only one checked bag up to 25 lb plus the cabin item, together up to 38 lb, is guaranteed on the same flight; the remaining allowance may follow later when a flight is full.

Can a small dog or cat travel in Wasaya’s cabin?

Arrange acceptance before travel. The pet and carrier together must not exceed 4 kg, and the carrier must fit under the seat within 9 × 12 × 16 inches. The pet must be at least eight weeks old and fully weaned, and the carrier replaces your carry-on item. Cabin pets are not allowed with a lap infant or unaccompanied child, at bulkheads or exits, or where the aircraft or underseat medical equipment leaves insufficient space.
