Wizz Air Abu Dhabi was the Wizz Air group’s locally based airline in the United Arab Emirates. Its Abu Dhabi operations were suspended effective September 1, 2025, as Wizz Air withdrew from the base to concentrate on its core European markets. This was a separate operation from the group’s European airlines, whose flights were outside the scope of that suspension.
