Frequently asked questions
What can I keep in the cabin on Aero?
Select and Latitude fares permit one personal item up to 20 lb and 13 × 13 × 10 inches. There are no overhead bins. On the ERJ135 it must fit under the seat; on Legacy 600 and Gulfstream IV flights, crew stow it for take-off and landing or place it in the hold. Crowdsource allowances follow the assigned aircraft.
How do I arrange boarding assistance on Aero?
Discuss your needs with Concierge before booking, particularly stairs and mobility-aid dimensions. Staff can steady passengers but cannot lift or carry them. If you cannot walk up the stairs, Aero strongly recommends at least 48 hours’ notice to arrange assistance. Advance notice is not a blanket condition of carriage. Aircraft size can limit mobility-aid storage.
Can my pet fly in Aero’s cabin?
Dogs and cats need approval and a paid reservation. The September 2026 conditions require pets to be at least six months old. For a pet and carrier weighing under 20 lb in total, the carrier must be smaller than 20 × 12 × 9 inches and counts as your personal item. Larger dogs need a purchased seat; contact Concierge. One adult may bring one pet; bringing an infant too requires a companion. Maui arrangements need at least 30 days. Trained service dogs have separate documentation rules.
