Frequently asked questions

Can I buy an extra seat on Air Panama?

Yes, through reservations or an airline station. It costs a full adult fare; buying both seats together allows the same available fare. A request on departure day depends on space and the fare then available. Each ticket keeps its fare’s checked-baggage allowance, but the cabin-baggage limit is not doubled.

What can I carry into an Air Panama cabin?

A cabin bag can weigh up to 6 kg and measure up to 17 × 13.5 × 6.5 inches. Wheeled carry-on bags are not permitted in the cabin and must be checked at the counter.

Does every Air Panama fare include checked baggage?

No. Premier includes two 18 kg bags; Plus and Classic include one 18 kg bag; Basic includes none. Standard bags must not exceed 158 cm in combined dimensions. Excess weight is chargeable, limited to 25 kg per bag and subject to available space.
