Smart and Business fares include seat reservations when available. An aircraft change may prevent the original reservation being honoured. Seat-reservation fees become non-refundable once the first flight segment begins.

Who can sit in an exit row?
Passengers must be at least 14, understand crew instructions in German or English, and be willing and able to assist. Pregnancy, cabin animals, physical or mental impairments, and mobility limitations due to height, illness or age exclude exit seating. Ineligible passengers can be moved without a seat-fee refund.
How do I arrange mobility assistance?
Select your wheelchair-assistance category under Passenger Details when booking and skip seat selection; AIR UNIQON assigns a suitable seat outside exit rows. Assistance is free. Tell the airline about specific care needs as early as possible, at least 24 hours before departure.
What cabin baggage does my fare include?
Basic includes one small bag up to 40 × 30 × 25 cm and 3 kg. A larger bag up to 55 × 40 × 20 cm and 8 kg costs extra. Smart and Business include both items.
Can I bring a cat or dog in the cabin?
With prior approval and a charge, one cat or dog may travel in an underseat carrier up to 55 × 40 × 20 cm and 8 kg including the animal. Places are limited; snub-nosed breeds are generally excluded.
