Frequently asked questions
Can I choose seats and sit with my travelling companions?
Choose seats during auto check-in when completing the booking. Some seats cost extra; available free seats and random free assignment are also offered. Adjacent seats or places in the same row are not guaranteed unless blocked or purchased, subject to availability at booking.
Who can sit at an emergency exit?
Passengers must be older than 15 and able to perform the required emergency tasks. Pregnant travellers, passengers with infants and those whose condition prevents the necessary mobility or duties are ineligible. Staff may move a passenger who does not meet the safety criteria, even after advance selection.
How do I arrange wheelchair assistance?
Request a wheelchair at least 48 hours before departure and tell the check-in staff when you arrive. Assistance is free and includes reaching your aircraft seat. You may use your own manual wheelchair to the aircraft door or mobile stairway. Staff cannot provide personal care such as feeding, medication or accompanying you into the toilet.
What cabin baggage can I bring?
Each adult, child and infant has one free cabin bag up to 7 kg, measuring no more than 35 × 30 × 20 cm.
Can I bring a pet into the cabin?
Small dogs and cats may be accepted for a fee, with only one pet permitted per flight. Arrange carriage through Customer Support at least 24 hours before departure; website and travel-agent pet bookings are unavailable. Pet and carrier together must weigh no more than 7 kg, with a carrier up to 17 × 10 × 8 inches kept under the seat. Bring current health and rabies certificates and report at least two hours before departure. Pets must be at least three months old; those over four weeks pregnant are refused. Unaccompanied minors, passengers requiring wheelchair assistance and travellers with infants cannot bring pets. A passenger travelling with a pet is allocated a window seat, outside premium and exit rows. Guide and service dogs have separate conditions.
