Frequently asked questions

How do I arrange wheelchair assistance?

Request assistance at least 24 hours before travel. Your own wheelchair is carried free; airport facilities determine whether it can be used to the gate or aircraft door. Non-collapsible and battery-powered wheelchairs are checked. One folding manual chair may be accepted in the cabin if space permits. Villa Air recommends a safety assistant if you cannot evacuate independently.

What baggage allowance does Villa Air publish?

Economy cabin baggage is limited to 5 kg including the personal item. The standard checked allowance is 20 kg per guest, excluding infants, with a 25 kg maximum per regular bag. Medical and mobility devices do not count toward cabin limits, but may need to be checked if they cannot be accommodated onboard.

How can I arrange pet travel?

Villa Air offers checked-baggage or cargo carriage, with at most one pet per guest. Request acceptance at least two days before departure and obtain confirmation because space is limited. Pregnant animals are not accepted. An approved cage must allow the animal to stand, lie down and turn around.

When must I check in for a domestic flight?

Counters open two hours before scheduled departure. Villa Air requires domestic passengers to report to the check-in counter and scan their boarding pass before the 45-minute deadline.
