Select a seat while buying your ticket or during check-in. Both paid and free seats are offered, and agency bookings may have different selection options. Paying for a seat does not check you in for the flight.

Who can sit in an IrAero emergency exit row?
Exit seats are unavailable to passengers under 18 or aged 55 and over, pregnant passengers, people travelling with children aged 0–12 or animals, and passengers with disabilities or reduced mobility. IrAero also excludes passengers it describes as obese, without publishing a numerical size threshold on this page.
Who can use IrAero online check-in?
Eligible passengers can check in from 24 to three hours before departure. The service excludes infants under two, unaccompanied children, special-assistance passengers, animals, weapons, groups over nine, charters and An-24/An-26 flights. Departure-airport exclusions include all Chinese airports, Manila and Hanoi; consult the full airport list. Collect your paper boarding pass at the airport counter after checking in online. If only paid seats are offered online, airport seat assignment remains free.
Can I bring a pet into the IrAero cabin?
Only with advance airline approval requested when booking. Small animals or birds must travel with an adult in an approved rigid carrier, with pet and carrier together weighing no more than 8 kg. The carrier must fit the aircraft’s cabin baggage limits and under the seat. Pay the animal transport charge separately and obtain the required veterinary documents. Dogs and cats cannot travel together in the same cabin.
Can I use a stroller up to the IrAero aircraft?
A stroller travels in the hold. If you are accompanying a child under six and the stroller is recorded in the reservation, you can use it up to the aircraft steps before handing it over. Pack it for carriage.
