Frequently asked questions

Who can sit in an exit row on Denver Air Connection services?

Passengers must be at least 15, willing and able to operate the exit, understand crew instructions and assist with an evacuation without another person’s help. Exit seats are unavailable to passengers needing a seat-belt extender, those using mobility aids or oxygen concentrators, and those traveling with cabin animals or child restraints.

Can I keep my carry-on in the cabin on Denver Air Connection services?

The free carry-on allowance is one bag up to 30 lb and 50 linear inches, plus a personal item. The larger bag is collected at the gate because cabin space is limited. Personal-item limits are 6 × 13 × 14.5 inches on the Metro 23 and 9 × 13 × 14.5 inches on Dornier 328 jets and ERJ-145s. These are scheduled-service rules; private charters have separate arrangements.

Does an infant need a seat on Denver Air Connection services?

One child under two may travel on each adult’s lap, but must be listed and ticketed in the reservation. A separate seat can be purchased instead. Children aged two and above need their own seat; passengers with lap infants cannot occupy exit seats.
