Okay Airways is a Chinese passenger airline whose domestic network includes links between Xi’an, Tianjin, Changsha and other cities. It began commercial flying on 11 March 2005, becoming mainland China's first privately operated airline to launch service. Its 2026 winter programme continues to connect regional destinations across the country.

You must be at least 15 and physically able to reach and open the exit, move obstacles and help others evacuate. You must understand written or illustrated instructions and the crew's spoken instructions, and communicate orally. Responsibilities such as caring for a small child must not interfere. Only designated domestic nonstop flights departing Tianjin or Changsha offer this product; codeshares are excluded. Request through official WeChat at least 24 hours ahead, then report two hours ahead for document checks, approval and payment. One cat or dog per passenger is allowed, with four per flight. Animals must be at least six months old and under nine years old; pregnancy, sedation, illness and breed restrictions apply. Passengers aged 75+, pregnant travellers, disabled or ill travellers, unaccompanied minors and adults alone with an infant or child are excluded. A soft 40 × 30 × 20 cm carrier stays closed under the seat; follow the policy's clothing, diaper and restraint requirements. Bring quarantine, vaccination and applicable dog-registration documents. An extra pet seat depends on airport assessment on departure day and cannot be guaranteed in advance. Working assistance dogs have separate provisions.
