Visit the Southern airport counter even after checking in online. Staff complete the required weight-and-balance checks, weigh your baggage where applicable and assign your seat. The contract does not guarantee a particular seat, including an advance request.
Contact Guest Services before travel to review the facilities at both airports. Mainland flights generally require using aircraft stairs, with or without help from a companion. Staff can offer an arm or shoulder for support but cannot lift passengers into or within the aircraft. Wheelchairs are also subject to aircraft size and space limits, so arrange the specific assistance before booking.
Up to two personal items are allowed, each no larger than 14.5 × 12 × 10 inches and 15 lb, subject to safe stowage and flight limits. Larger cabin bags must be checked. For continental U.S. travel from 10 August 2026, ordinary passengers no longer receive the former free checked-bag allowance. Elevate Gold includes two checked bags and Platinum three; specific assistive-device and other exceptions remain. Check your ticket and the current contract for the applicable fees.
