On eligible STARLUX-issued tickets for STARLUX-operated flights, early selection depends on the fare and COSMILE tier. From 48 until three hours before departure, Standard and Forward seats are free while Extra Legroom seats remain chargeable. Children and infants under 12 receive complimentary Standard and Forward selection regardless of fare. Use Manage My Trip on the website or app; cancel online check-in first if changing a seat after checking in.
Passengers requesting a bassinet, extra seat, cabin-seat baggage, medical assistance or other special services should arrange seating with the STARLUX Customer Service Center; website and app selection is unavailable for those requests. STARLUX can reassign seats for operational or safety needs.
Excluding infants, Economy and Premium Economy passengers may bring one hand-carry bag up to 7 kg. Business and First allow two pieces totaling 14 kg, with no piece over 10 kg. The published hand-carry size is 56 × 36 × 23 cm or 115 cm in total, including handles, wheels and pockets. Each passenger except infants may also bring one personal item up to 40 × 30 × 10 cm or 80 cm in total.
