Sun PhuQuoc Airways is a Vietnamese airline in the Sun Group, focused on connecting Phu Quoc with domestic and international destinations. Choose during booking, through Manage Booking, or through an authorized seller. Advance selection closes three hours before domestic flights and five hours before international flights. Economy Plus and Flex include standard and forward-zone seats; front-row and exit seats cost extra. Seats designated as complimentary are free with all fares. Voluntary seat-selection fees are non-refundable.
You must be aged 15–59, self-reliant, healthy, able to understand evacuation instructions and willing to assist. Pregnant passengers, those travelling with children or pets, and those requiring a belt extender are excluded. Carry-on bags cannot remain under the seat or on your lap during take-off and landing. Failing eligibility can mean reassignment without a seat-fee refund.

No. Sun PhuQuoc Airways may reassign seats for safety, security or operational reasons, including after boarding. If an exit-seat passenger fails the eligibility requirements, reassignment does not entitle them to a seat-selection refund.
Each passenger may buy one extra seat beside their original seat through the call centre or a ticket office, or at airport check-in within three hours of departure. It costs the available adult fare in the requested booking class. The service doubles the normal free baggage weight for the route; changes and refunds follow the ticket’s fare conditions.
Book free wheelchair assistance at least 24 hours before departure through a ticket office or the call centre. Explain whether you can use stairs and move within the cabin: the airline does not accept WCHC requests requiring a wheelchair inside the cabin. A paid accompanying cabin crew service can be requested at least three days before domestic flights or five days before international flights; its price is the available adult fare in the booking class.
Economy and Premium Economy include one cabin bag up to 7 kg. Business includes two pieces with a combined allowance of 14 kg. Each bag must fit within 56 × 36 × 23 cm and 115 cm in total dimensions. One permitted small personal item is additional, but its weight counts within the same allowance. Infants under two do not receive the standard cabin bag allowance.
