Frequently asked questions
Is advance seat selection free?
Yes. Choose an available seat free through Toki Air’s website or Toki Support. Advance availability is limited, and the airline may change your assigned seat. You can change seats through Manage Booking before web check-in; afterward, ask at the airport counter.
Who can sit in an emergency exit row?
Passengers must be at least 15, able and willing to help with evacuation and door operation, understand crew instructions and relay them verbally. They must not need boarding assistance, be responsible for helping a companion during evacuation, or travel with a child under 12. Exit-row belongings must all go in the overhead lockers.
How do I arrange wheelchair or seating assistance?
Tell Toki Support about your needs in advance. Check wheelchair acceptance before booking because size, weight and available capacity are limited. Provide its dimensions, weight, folding details and battery type; submit the electric-wheelchair specification form at least three days before travel. Passengers unable to understand safety instructions or manage personal care may need an accompanying person seated alongside.
What cabin baggage can I bring?
Bring one cabin bag and one small personal item, weighing no more than 10 kg together. The cabin bag must fit within 45 × 35 × 20 cm, including handles and wheels, with a total of no more than 100 cm across its three dimensions. Walking aids and child seats have specified exceptions; strollers and wheelchairs cannot be carried in the cabin.
