For tickets purchased through Air Cambodia’s sales channels, buy a Preferred Seat through its website, offices or agencies at least four hours before departure. Airport selection is also available, subject to the aircraft and remaining seats. Charges depend on route and seat category, and the airline can adjust assignments.
Yes. Request Extra Seat service through the airline’s booking helpdesk at least 24 hours before departure. Both seats must be in the same cabin class. The baggage allowance is provided for each booked seat.
Advance notice is recommended for ramp-only assistance. Assistance with steps or access to the cabin seat requires at least 24 hours’ notice. Tell the airline whether you have an escort. If you need its accompanying cabin crew service, book at least three days before a wholly domestic itinerary or five days before an international itinerary; extra airfare applies.
Infants cannot travel unaccompanied. Children aged 2–5 require accompanying cabin crew, requested three days ahead domestically or five days internationally: one crew member per child aged 2–3, or per two children aged 4–5. For ages 6–14, request the unaccompanied minor service at least 24 hours ahead. The guardian must remain at the airport until takeoff.
Passengers other than infants may bring one cabin bag up to 7 kg and 56 × 36 × 23 cm, plus one permitted small item. Economy, Promotion and Low Budget include one checked bag up to 23 kg; Premium Economy includes one up to 32 kg; Business includes two up to 32 kg each. Each checked bag’s dimensions must total no more than 158 cm. Children receive the adult allowance; infants have no standard baggage allowance but may bring a folding stroller free.
Yes. The airport cabin-baggage option raises the allowance from 7 kg to 10 kg for USD 20 on K6-operated routes. A bag over 10 kg must be transferred to the hold and the applicable checked-baggage option purchased.
