Can I book an additional seat?
Yes, online, through Air Moana reservations or an airline or travel agency. The extra seat receives a 50% discount on the one-way fare. It adds no baggage allowance and cannot hold luggage. If cabin seats remain available during your journey, you may request a refund of the extra-seat charge.
How do I request mobility assistance?
Air Moana provides free assistance with check-in, reaching the aircraft, boarding, disembarking and settling aboard. State your needs when booking or contact reservations at least 72 hours before departure.
What cabin baggage is allowed?
Adults and children may bring one bag up to 5 kg and 55 × 35 × 25 cm, including handles, wheels and pockets, plus a smaller personal item up to 25 × 35 × 15 cm. The personal item is outside the 5 kg limit; a laptop counts as cabin baggage, not an extra accessory.
When can I check in online?
Online check-in opens 30 hours before departure and closes one hour before. Additional services cannot be added during online check-in. Passengers checking bags must still visit the airport counter.
