Frequently asked questions
Can I choose my seat on FLYONE Armenia?
Yes. Advance seats can be selected through FLYONE’s booking services. Armenia’s LIGHT and STANDARD fares charge for selection; LOYAL includes Standard selection, while ADVANTAGE includes seat selection. Without an advance choice, a seat is assigned at check-in. Even reserved seats can change after an aircraft substitution or for operational, safety or security reasons.
Who can sit in a FLYONE emergency exit row?
Passengers must be able to move quickly, understand safety instructions and assist when required. Exit rows are unavailable to infants, children, unaccompanied minors, pregnant passengers, travelers with pets or guide dogs, and anyone whose mobility, sight, hearing, health or physical size prevents the necessary response. Passengers in custody, deportees and inadmissible passengers are also excluded.
How do I arrange mobility assistance on FLYONE Armenia?
Request assistance through the booking agent at least 72 hours before departure and obtain the airline’s confirmation. Describe the help needed and provide your wheelchair’s dimensions, weight and battery details. Medical cases may require a MEDIF completed by a doctor. Mobility equipment travels free in the hold, subject to acceptance conditions; suitable seating depends on aircraft safety restrictions.
What cabin baggage does FLYONE Armenia include?
All Armenia fares include a small bag up to 40 × 30 × 20 cm. STANDARD, LOYAL and ADVANTAGE additionally include a bag up to 10 kg and 55 × 40 × 25 cm. LIGHT does not include that larger bag. Dimensions include wheels, handles and pockets.
What checked baggage comes with FLYONE Armenia fares?
LIGHT and STANDARD exclude checked baggage. LOYAL includes a 25 kg piece; ADVANTAGE includes a 25 kg piece plus a 30 kg piece. Infants under two may take a folding stroller and up to 10 kg of baggage.
Can I bring a pet into the cabin?
Dogs and cats need prior approval, a paid booking at least 24 hours ahead and the required health, vaccination and travel documents. Only one pet per passenger is accepted. The pet and carrier together must weigh at most 8 kg, and the carrier may measure up to 50 × 40 × 25 cm. The animal must be healthy, not pregnant, and able to stand and turn in the ventilated carrier; it cannot occupy a seat. Ordinary pets are excluded to or from the UK, Ireland, the UAE and Portugal. There is no hold-pet service.
Do guide dogs count against my baggage allowance?
No. FLYONE Armenia’s conditions provide free carriage for guide dogs accompanying passengers with disabilities, in addition to the ordinary baggage allowance, subject to the airline’s acceptance conditions. Arrange approval before traveling.
When can I check in online for FLYONE Armenia?
Free online check-in for FLYONE Armenia (3F) opens seven days before departure for every fare and closes four hours before departure. Earlier check-in, from 30 days ahead, is available with the applicable service or seat selection. Airport check-in is included in LOYAL and ADVANTAGE; other fares may incur a counter fee.
