HiSky Europe is the Romanian airline operating under the HiSky brand, alongside the separately certified Moldovan operator. It received its operating certificate in 2021. The brand’s network combines Romanian domestic connections with European and long-haul services, including flights from Bucharest to the United States.

Choose a seat during booking or through the website’s Seat reservation service afterwards. Premium Plus and Business include seat selection; other fares offer paid selection, with prices depending on location and route. Passengers on the same booking can select their seats together. Aircraft substitutions or operational and safety requirements can change the assignment.
HiSky’s conditions exclude passengers requiring special assistance, adults travelling with infants, passengers with pets, deportees or inadmissible passengers, and under-18s travelling as unaccompanied minors. If an ineligible passenger bought such a seat, the preference fee is not refundable when they are moved.
For a voluntary date change, the paid seat does not transfer and its fee is non-refundable. If the airline cancels the flight, request the seat-fee refund from Customer Service. For an involuntary change, a refund applies when the replacement seat does not match the reserved category.
All five fare packages include a small bag up to 8 kg and 40 × 30 × 20 cm. Classic, Premium Plus and Business also include a large cabin bag up to 10 kg and 50 × 40 × 25 cm. Basic and Premium additionally include the large bag on Romanian domestic flights and flights to or from New York and Chicago.
